TOP - Regional
Co-ordinators

Regional Co-ordinators
Regional Co-ordinators are TOP's part-time
representatives and are based around the country. They publicise and
promote our services at information events and network with a
variety of organisations. By arrangement they will give talks about
personal taxation to older people's groups and forums. We
always appreciate it if travelling expenses are covered.
The Counties listed are a guide only, there is
some sharing around the boundaries

Richard Brundle -
Essex, Norfolk & Suffolk
Richard Brundle worked in the Inland
Revenue for over 43 years. In that time he covered all aspects
of personal taxation and undertook the full range of duties
within the department. This was an excellent grounding as when
he became the management inspector in the Great Yarmouth Tax
office he had the knowledge to understand all of the duties
being undertaken by the staff members. When computers were
introduced into the Eastern Region in 1985 he was part of the
training team, which led to a keen interest in the departments
computer systems. In the last 5 years of his revenue career
his knowledge and expertise in both tax procedures and
computer systems were fully recognised as he worked as a
special advisor on 3 major projects undertaken by the
department. In addition to his role as a regional –controller
he likes to see clients where a volunteer is not readily
available.
